This evening, seemingly out of nowhere, I found myself trying to remember who was the female lead in Bernardo Bertolucci’s epic film The Last Emperor<\/i>. Alas, the answer eluded me. Which is understandable, given that I have not seen that film in thirty six years.<\/p>\n
Somewhat irrationally, the very next thing I did was go on Wikipedia and look at what famous people have birthdays today. It turns out that lots of famous people have birthdays today.<\/p>\n
One of the people on the list was Joan Chen, whom I realized was the person I was thinking of. Which raises an interesting question.<\/p>\n
