The article goes into quite a bit of detail.<\/p>\n<p>Military experts are quoted, as are executives of hi-tech companies like Google and Microsoft and an assortment of famous computer scientists. Various scenarios are analyzed and worked through.<\/p>\n<p>But as I read the article, I kept thinking about the War Operation Plan Response system, a massive A.I. computer in the 1993 movie <i>WarGames<\/i>.
