Today a colleague was telling me about his sometimes frustrating experiences trying to explain his technology product to various customers. It turns out that certain kinds of customers are less “tech-friendly” than others.<\/p>\n
“But do you want to know which ones are the worst?” he said, “Doctors!”<\/p>\n
He suddenly looked very intense. “Doctors,” he said, “have no patience.”<\/p>\n
I couldn’t let that one go. “You realize how that sounds, don’t you?”<\/p>\n
