We achieve a kind of high by working on something that requires precision.<\/p>\n<p>In my case it&#8217;s computer programming. If even one comma or parenthesis is out of place, your program simply will not run.<\/p>\n<p>For somebody else it was practicing classical piano. For yet another it was draftsmanship.<\/p>\n<p>But in all cases, the need to do something exactly right, without making any errors, creates a kind of psychological high. Once you get into the zone, you really want to stay there.<\/p>\n<p>I know that there are many different ways of getting high.
