When that happens, we all look for ways to keep our heads above water.<\/p>\n<p>Some people go into denial. Others engage in self-destructive behaviors of one sort or another. There are certainly plenty of those to choose from.<\/p>\n<p>I find that what works best for me is to go to my computer and start to create new things. Hopefully wondrous and beautiful new things.<\/p>\n<p>I am quite aware that bringing something new into the Universe will not make the bad things go away. But it will hopefully add a little bit of positive energy to help counteract the bad stuff.<\/p>\n<p>And maybe that&#8217;s the best we can ever do.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sometimes bad things happen in life.
