The wonderful thing about birthdays is that, according to the rulebook — I happen to have my copy of the rulebook right here and I’m looking at it as I say this — if someone misses your birthday because they don’t know about it until, say, the day after, but they still want to celebrate your birthday, that just means your birthday lasts longer, extending the general celebration.<\/p>\n
