{"id":5774,"date":"2011-01-23T18:14:15","date_gmt":"2011-01-23T23:14:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.kenperlin.com\/?p=5774"},"modified":"2011-01-24T22:14:18","modified_gmt":"2011-01-25T03:14:18","slug":"mobius-strip-font","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blog.kenperlin.com\/?p=5774","title":{"rendered":"M\u00f6bius story font"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today&#8217;s post, like yesterday&#8217;s was inspired by Vi Hart&#8217;s <a href=http:\/\/vihart.com\/blog\/mobius-story\/ target=1>M\u00f6bius Story: Wind and Mr. Ug<\/a>, a wonderfully twisted little tale about self-reflection and the unexpected turns that love can take.<\/p>\n<p>I thought would be good to build an interactive tool for telling such stories.  My first step is the font below (seen with its mirror image), which I call (in honor of Vi&#8217;s tale) the M\u00f6bius story font:<\/p>\n<p><center><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.kenperlin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/01\/mobius-story-font-mirrored.jpg\"><\/center><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Following on discussions I had with Vi recently, the next step is to build a vocabulary from this font of words that make sense (although maybe very different sense) when read upside down.<\/p>\n<p>Then of course, will come the fun part.
