As you can see from the picture, his hands are rather large, though he did a very good job of holding one of our tiny Earth coffee cups.<\/p>\n<p>It turns out that the Na&#8217;vi very much enjoy coffee.  Their body chemistry is different from ours, and caffeine actually relaxes them.<\/p>\n<p><center><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.kenperlin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/navi-holding-cup.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/center><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\nDr. Taw&#8217;tute was kind enough to write down for us, in our own mathematical symbols, the underlying principle behind his anti-grav drive.  I noticed that they use &tau; rather than &pi; in their mathematics, which is very civilized of them.
