And today I am pleased to refer to Vi&#8217;s yearly PI Day offering &#8212; a disquisition on the question of whether PI is a &#8220;normal&#8221; number &#8212; that is, a number which contains every possible string of digits (and therefore not only every literary work ever written but that ever <i>could<\/i> be written).<\/p>\n<p>I actually wrote on this topic four years ago, in my post <a href=http:\/\/blog.kenperlin.com\/?p=349 target=1>All the songs ever written, and one song<\/a>.
